Lost or Damaged Product
Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.

The Pimax Sword Controllers are a pair of SteamVR tracked controllers, developed by Pimax primarily for use with their Vision range of headsets, but able to be used with any SteamVR-compatible device.
The Pimax Sword Controllers feature a novel design that makes use of large trackpads on the tops of the controllers instead of joysticks, which are used by most other controllers.
