Yes. Any simulator that isn't a DIY kit is fully-assembled, tested, and calibrated before delivery. No simulator leaves our building without a comprehensive testing and optimization procedure.

Everything that isn't a DIY kit includes an appropriate computer designed to run the hardware listed. At minimum, all our towers come with:
- Intel i7 (for display)
- AMD Ryzen 9 (for VR)
- RTX 4060 Ti graphics card (for display)
- RTX 4080 Super graphics card (for VR)
- 32GB RAM
- 1TB M.2 solid state hard disk
- 1,200W power supply
- CPU heat sink

We offer warranty packages on all custom simulators, including DIY kits. They come in 1, 2, or 3 year terms and start at $220. Details can be found by clicking Learn More beneath each package.

Our warranty packages extend the manufacturer's warranty by the selected period, either 1, 2, or 3 years.

Unfortunately, no. There is no credit issued once the warranty period has expired.

Not a problem. Your sim components are still covered under the manufacturer warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
