Can I get a completely custom-built simulator?

Yes! If you can dream it, we can build it. The packages on this page show common configurations for various experience levels and budgets.

Do these prices include assembly?

Yes. Any simulator that isn't a DIY kit is fully-assembled, tested, and calibrated before delivery. No simulator leaves our building without a comprehensive testing and optimization procedure.

Can I upgrade the computer?

The sky is the limit! Get in touch to tell us about your project and get a no obligation quote.

Warranty

Do custom simulators come with a warranty?

We offer warranty packages on all custom simulators, including DIY kits. They come in 1, 2, or 3 year terms and start at $220. Details can be found by clicking Learn More beneath each package.

What does the warranty cover?

Our warranty packages extend the manufacturer's warranty by the selected period, either 1, 2, or 3 years.

Is the warranty refundable?

Unfortunately, no. There is no credit issued once the warranty period has expired.

What if I don't want the warranty?

Not a problem. Your sim components are still covered under the manufacturer warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.
