Shipping policy

How many days does it take to pick and pack a new order?

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Are you offering free shipping? What is the threshold?

The following items do not have a flat fee or free shipping:
  • Chassis & seats
  • Turnkey builds
  • Sim Racing Equipment
Alberta: $25 Flat Rate, Free Shipping over $300
BC, SK, MB: $30 Flat Rate, Free Shipping over $350
ON, QC: $35 Flat Rate, Free Shipping over $375
Rest of Canada: $45 Flat Rate, Free Shipping over $425
Continental United States: $40 USD Flat Rate
Central & South America $60 USD Flat Rate
EU: €60 Flat Rate

What are your estimated delivery times (how long will it take for a product to reach the customer)?

Canada & US: 3-12 business days 

EU: 1-3 weeks

Central & South America: 2-3 weeks

 

Do you have any shipping zone restrictions?

We currently offer shipping North America, United States of America, South America, and the European Union.

 

Lost or Damaged Product

Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.
