Our venue located in central Calgary features 12 state-of-the-art racing simulators and can accommodate groups of up to 60 people. With every group that we host, our staff (the "Pit Crew") are there to give coaching to every driver and ensure everyone is getting the most out of their racing experience. We have bar style tables in between the simulators where guests can spectate the racing on each drivers’ screen and consume food & drinks. There is also a lounge area with couches and a large TV where they can spectate the racing action as it happens live!

Corporate Events

Do participants need racing or VR experience?

Not at all. Our events are designed for complete beginners and experienced racers alike. We guide everyone through setup, controls, and gameplay so your team can jump in quickly and have fun.

What group sizes can you accommodate?

We can host corporate groups from small teams to full-company events. Our venue is ideal for groups of 8–60 guests depending on the event format and schedule. With groups over 12 people we can split into multiple race groups that take turns racing and spectating.

How long are corporate events?

Most corporate events run between 1.5 to 3 hours depending on group size, tournament format, catering, and add-ons. We’ll help recommend the best setup for your team to ensure your event is exactly how you envision it.

How does a corporate event at TracksVR work?

We are able to customize our events to run exactly as you need. Our typical corporate event goes like this:

Arrival: As your group members arrive, they will all be welcomed into the venue and asked to check in. While waiting for everyone to arrive, guests can enjoy complimentary bottled water and coffee machine available for use.

Orientation: We will go over what to expect from the experience with all members of the group including controls, how to operate the simulator, driving tips and more. With larger events we may do individual orientations with each group of racers to ensure everyone receives the information needed to be a superstar on the race track!

Racing: We will take your group through a selection of world famous racing cars and tracks that are both engaging and accessible to all skill levels. During the racing action our staff (the "Pit Crew") will be there to give drivers coaching and assistance to ensure everyone is getting the most out of their experience.

Spectating: For any guests not currently driving we will have a live feed of the racing action displayed on a big screen TV in our racing lounge. Watch, cheer and laugh as you spectate the high-speed action happening on track!

Food & Drink: We allow groups to bring in their own food and drink options! Each private rental also comes with a Special Event Liquor License. We have many tables and chairs we can use for dining and food staging, and a fridge to keep drinks, cake and more cold if needed!

Yes! There is lots of free parking available at our venue for guests. We are located at 625 Manitou Road SE.
