Event Information

Is this safe for kids?

Our simulators are safe for children 12 and older only.

How much space do I need?

Ideally, each simulator has 8' x 8' of free space to allow for pit crew and driver movement around the sim.

What kind of power supply do I need?

Our simulators run on standard 120 volt power. Each simulator will require a single 3-prong outlet.

Do I need to supply internet access?

No. We bring our own internet access to all events.

General Information

How much does it cost?

Simulator rentals start at $400/hr per machine, plus the cost of transportation to and from your event, and gratuity.

Do I need to pay a deposit?

We require 70% of the full event cost at time of booking.

Is the deposit refundable?

The deposit is fully refundable with 30 days advanced notice.

When is final payment due?

Final payment is due the day before the event.

What happens if a machine gets damaged?

The event charge is payment for use of the equipment, staffing and normal wear and tear. Breakage, damage, cleaning or loss of equipment would be charged extra. However, we do offer an optional "LIMITED DAMAGE WAIVER" which covers the first $500 and 50% of the next $4500 of accidental damage charges.

The cost of this waiver is based on 8% of the event charge. This waiver does not include cleaning, theft or loss of equipment. Check your own insurance coverage concerning loss, theft or damages above the waiver coverage. Please get in touch for further details.
