Lost or Damaged Product
Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.

Personalized Protection with Multiple Modes
Choose from three connection and protection modes:
- Mode 1: Connect the MOZA E-stop Switch directly to the PC via a USB cable. Pressing the switch only deactivates the force feedback, which is immediately restored upon release.
- Mode 2: Connect the MOZA E-stop Switch to the DASH on the base using an RJ11 cable (6 contact pins). Pressing the switch only deactivates the force feedback, which is immediately restored upon release.
- Mode 3: Connect the MOZA E-stop Switch to the E-STOP port on the base using an RJ9 cable (4 contact pins). Pressing the switch completely cuts off power, and after release, the base needs to be powered on again by pressing the power button on the base. Some games may require restarting to restore force feedback.
