Do custom simulators come with a warranty?
We offer warranty packages on all custom simulators, including DIY kits. They come in 1, 2, or 3 year terms and start at $220.
What does the warranty cover?
Our warranty packages extend the manufacturer's warranty by the selected period, either 1, 2, or 3 years.
Is the warranty refundable?
Unfortunately, no. There is no credit issued once the warranty period has expired.
What if I don't want the warranty?
Not a problem. Your sim components are still covered under the manufacturer warranty for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase.

We fully assemble, test, and calibrate all custom simulators before shipping.
To ensure your new rig arrives in pristine condition, all simulators are shipped fully assembled in a robust wooden crate at the buyers expense.
