Lost or Damaged Product
Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.

The supercar history is full of independent manufacturers which promised a lot and delivered next to nothing. But when a brand comes up and builds a series of real-life hypercars that are capable of speeds up to 400 kph and beyond, you better take them seriously. Especially when you learn that from the bodywork to the powertrain, including transmission, everything is made in-house. “Creating a hypercar from scratch is no picnic” admits Zenvo’s founder, but for any real enthusiast, the outcome is mouth-watering, we should say.
