Lost or Damaged Product
Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.

The Conspit 300 GT is a GT sim racing steering wheel built on a race-grade carbon fiber and aluminium structure — featuring a 2.99" integrated display, 110 independent inputs, 56x RGB LEDs, and adjustable magnetic shift paddles with Hall sensor clutch paddles.
