Lost or Damaged Product

Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.

The highly anticipated GT Neo wheel was engineered by real race engineers to offer sim racers exceptional immersion. Using the same high quality construction and premium materials you've come to expect from SIMAGIC, the GT Neo is built to dominate. 

A 300 mm diameter butterfly-style GT wheel built using a custom injection molded carbon fiber composite, the GT wheel is incredibly strong and light weight, at only 2.4 lb. (excl. the QR) which translates to better road feel. It was only fitting that SIMAGIC designed the GT Neo with ultra-short travel 0.25 mm buttons for immediate button inputs. But don't worry about unintentional inputs, 500 g force button load threshold means only intentional button presses are input.

Patented HALL paddle module designed for crisp shifting, precise activation, and durability.

The RGB buttons flash and change colors based on your Telemetry Settings of "ABS/TC/DRS/PIT". Every RGB light is adjustable, clear and non-intrusive with SIMAGIC's patented soft glow LED lights.
