Lost or Damaged Product
Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.
Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.

Built from CNC aluminum with enhanced thermal management, it delivers consistent performance across extended racing sessions. Compatible with multiple mounting configurations and optimized for PC racing at 1000 Hz refresh rate.
