Lost or Damaged Product

Damage: In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@tracksvr.comwith your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory resolution.

Lost: please allow 30 days domestic and 45 days internationally from the initial ETA. Tracking numbers will be provided for all shipments. If the provider has lost it, we will issue a refund within 2 days of proof of loss. All shipping rates include insurance.

Inspired by real racing cars, our redesigned interface adopts a new, flat style, with 15 different configurations possible, so drivers can get the essential information when they need it most: speed, RPM, gears, tire temperatures, relative times, current or fastest lap times, fuel, ERS levels, vehicle status, damage, DRS and much more.

The FSR perforated leather grips have a premium feel and classy taste compared with rubber.

The paddle induction adopts non-contact Hall electromagnetic induction technology, which is highly stable, meaning no more miss-shifts or damage to your vehicle.
